Grand Prix Hotel is a chain of econotels that offer travelers, transients and tourists an experience of safe, clean and affordable hotel accommodation. They boast to provide efficient hotel services that are personalized and can be at par with high-end accommodations. They are located in key cities such as Manila, Pasay, Quezon City, Tarlac, Boracay, Cebu and soon in Puerto Princesa, Palawan. They don't just offer high quality service but an experience worth remembering.
I was able to try their Manila branch last month located at the Mabini St. in Ermita, Manila. It is just a few minutes away from Robinson's Place Manila, the US Embassy and other business establishments. I certainly love its prime location; it's near the business, shopping and entertainment district of Manila. Food chains, Internet shops and other commercial establishments are just a few meters away.
Upon entering the hotel, first thing I noticed is their friendly staff; they were helpful, warm and friendly.
The interiors are very classy and elegant. I like the painting and furnishings incorporated at the hallways.
The rooms (Click here to check discounted rates online) are equipped with an electronic card key system which is very important when its comes to the guests' safety and security.
As I entered the room, I smelled the freshness and cleanliness of it. I was impressed, it's clean, spacious and elegant! I like the minimalist theme, the color combination and the indirect lighting inside. The bed is soft and it is matched with fluffy pillows and clean sheets. I truly love it!
I checked on the toilet and bath. I was at awe when I saw how spacious it is. It has hot and cold shower and a bath tub! Woohoo! Towels and toiletries were also provided.
There's also an LCD TV, an in-room safe, fast and steady WIFI connection and a small table where you could do your thing. What else can you ask for? Everything I need is here!
Every booking comes with a complimentary breakfast at their restaurant on the 7th floor. Namayan Restaurant serves delectable Filipino dishes. I had a set meal of Tapsilog; it was tender and so delicious!
Grand Prix Hotel is truly worth every penny. You'll actually will not feel that you were checked-in on a budget hotel. So, if you're looking for a budget friendly and affordable hotel, whether in Manila, Pasay, Quezon City, Tarlac, Boracay, Cebu or in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, I highly recommended Grand Prix Hotel, it's definitely great value for your money.
