During my recent trip to Sto. Tomas, Batangas earlier this month, we were invited to check out and review San Tomas Suites. I'm glad we did!

Upon arrival at the hotel lobby, I was instantly impressed by the hotel's elegant interiors with high ceiling and lovely fixtures. From this moment alone, I could really feel that this is a first-class hotel with its spacious and exquisitely styled interiors. We then proceeded to the reception area where we were hospitably welcomed by the hotel staff and greeted us with warm smiles. Checking-in was fast and efficient; it only took us about 5 minutes and we were given our electronic access key card. We were then ushered to our room by their friendly staff.

Our room is an impressive Premium Suite Room designed for business and leisure travelers. Fitted with parquet flooring, the room is spacious and features modern and classy interiors with top-notch amenities and facilities needed for a comfortable stay.

Their up-scale and classy accommodation is evident in their rooms which are clean and have modern furnishings. It is characterized with shades of ivory and earth tones which create a relaxing and calming ambiance.

Our room has 2 single beds with 5-star hotel quality mattresses coupled with clean white sheets, fluffy pillows and thick comforters.

Other room amenities include an en suite toilet and bath, individually-controlled air-conditioning unit, a 40-inch high-definition LCD TV with cable channels, NDD/IDD telephone, complimentary WIFI internet access, a cabinet, safety deposit box, working desk, radio alarm clock with iPod dock and a kitchenette with coffee-making facilities and a mini-bar with complimentary bottled water and coffee.

The toilet and bath has a bath tub with hot and cold shower. Complete toiletries (such as shampoo, bath soap and dental care kits) and bathroom amenities such as a hair dryer were also provided. The body and hand towels all smell fresh! I was impressed! For me, it is essential to have a bathroom that is clean and well-organized. SanTomas Suites did not disappoint me; from the sink with lovely mirror to the water closet with spray bidet, to the bath tub shower, they are all clean.
Assisted by one of the staff, we were given the chance to check on the other rooms. I love the hotel's elegant and classy interiors with long hallways that exudes a very cozy feel.

Other Facilities and Amenities
An exciting array of amenities await every guest of SanTomas Suites. Aside from the restaurant, they also have a roof deck located at the hotel's 5th floor which provides an awesome view of Mt. Makiling and the surrounding areas. It also houses a fitness gym that is free to use for guests and a function room that could accommodate up to 100 persons. It is an ideal venue for corporate and social events such as conventions, seminars, weddings, debut, among many others. Complimentary access to the swimming pool at Microtel Inn and Suites by Wyndham – Batangas is also available for checked-in guests. With all these amenities, I am truly satisfied with our stay.
WIFI Internet Connection
For someone who's always connected to the internet, the WIFI internet access they provide is fast and reliable. I love it because I could still browse the internet or update my social media account as I stay connected anywhere in the hotel.
