Aside from being one of the "top tourist destinations in the Philippines," Baguio City is also a "foodie's heaven" for its many delightful gustatory offerings that will surely stimulate your taste buds. Be it a fine dining restaurant, a "hole in the wall" diners or simply a street food kiosk, you will surely enjoy Baguio City as there are a lot of food options to choose from.
On our recent trip to Baguio City last month, we stayed at C Boutique Hotel located in a quiet residential neighborhood near famous tourist attractions such as Wright Park, The Mansion and Mines View Park.
Their in-house restaurant called Charley's Bar is a casual dining restaurant located at the hotel's ground floor. It is an all-day dining restaurant serving an array of scrumptious dishes showcasing the freshest ingredients that are locally available in Baguio.

Diced chicken in cream sauce with minced bellpepper and red onions.My favorites? I loved the Chicken Sisig, Ten Vegetable Chopsuey, Lechon Kawali, Beef Salpicao and Baguio Longganisa. These are the dishes you definitely shouldn't miss when dining at Charley's Bar.
