I've stayed in several condo units for rent and here are some of my most recommended for your next staycation in Metro Manila.

First, let me share to you some of my observations:

1. Cheaper than hotels and it becomes even cheaper if you avail long-term stay.
2. Complete facilities and amenities. Most of them have a full kitchen with cooking equipment.
3. Location is good. Mostly, they are located in the city centers.
4. In most condo units for rent, they allow more than 2 persons to stay in the unit. This is ideal for family or group of friends.
5. If you want to buy a unit, renting a condo unit / serviced residence is the best way for you to know if the property is right for your needs.
