Recently hailed as the "World's Best Island" by Condé Nast Traveler, Boracay is definitely a holiday haven for families, couples and friends to have a relaxing and memorable vacation. Your stay on the exciting island of Boracay should be fun-filled and relaxing. A trip to Boracay is never complete without a place to call home. One of my recommended resorts in Boracay is Le Soleil de Boracay located at the beachfront along Station 2 which affords guests commanding views of the sea and convenient access to the island's most exciting hot spots.
I've been to Boracay several times in the past. This year alone, I've visited the island two times already. And just last month, I am back again through the invitation of Le Soleil de Boracay. Upon arrival at the resort, we were hospitably welcomed by the hotel staff, greeted us with warm smiles and assisted us with our bags.
We then proceeded to the reception area to check-in. We were instantly impressed with Le Soleil de Boracay's nice interiors and lovely reception area with an island-feel ambiance. Welcome drinks and lei were given to us while they arrange our reservation.
Since we already have prior reservation, checking-in was fast and efficient. It only took us about 5 minutes and we were given the key cards to our room. We were then assisted by one of their staff to our beautiful Superior Deluxe Room.
Superior Deluxe Room
Our booked accommodation smells fresh, clean with top-notch amenities designed to meet the most discriminating taste of its guests. It has one double-sized bed that is soft and comfortable, plus the huge fluffy pillows, blankets that compliment it. I quickly tried it and I felt like I was melting into the bed as I lay my tired back.
Other room amenities include an en suite toilet and bath, a breakfast nook, flat screen television set with cable channels, individually-controlled air-conditioning unit, cabinet, hanging area, a work desk, a telephone and an in-room safe. There's also a personal refrigerator filled with drinks and a mini bar with coffee and tea-making equipment.
The toilet and bath is also nice. It is clean and well-maintained. It has hot and cold shower and a water closet with bidet spray. Basic toiletries such as shampoo with conditioner, bath soap, lotion, vanity and dental care kits and clean bath towels were also provided.
There's also a large sliding window on one side of the room that opens to private veranda with a lovely view of Le Soleil de Boracay's garden and lavish swimming pool. This is our favorite part of the room where we spent most of our time just hanging around while enjoying the stunning view of the resort while having a good cup of coffee.
The resort's comfortable and top-notch room accommodation will certainly take every guest into a totally unique accommodation experience in Boracay. With this kind of room amenities, guests will surely have a comfortable and awesome stay that they'll end up just staying inside the comforts of their room room.
Breakfast Buffet
Every booking comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast at Beach Cafe, Le Soleil's in-house restaurant. Though the selection is a bit limited, the buffet breakfast is composed several well-selected and flavorful local and international dishes. There are different meat, fish, chicken and vegetables dishes to choose from. There's also a variety of pastries and fresh fruits for desserts. We were really full when we left the restaurant. It's such a great way to start up our day.
The dishes change everyday, so even if you're staying for more than 1 night (just like us), you won't get bored with their breakfast buffet because there's always something new to look forward to each day. The food were good and we were satisfied in every breakfast we had.
Swimming Pool
One of the nicest features of Le Soleil de Boracay is their lovely swimming pool. It is a "tropical paradise" with tall trees and lush garden surrounding the pool area. Sun lounges, daybeds, chairs and tables are also scattered around the pool for the guests to enjoy.
Internet Connection
Complimentary WiFi internet connection is available anywhere in the resort. Though it gets a bit weak when inside our room (or maybe it depends on your room's location), connection is fast and stable. For someone who needs to be online, this is really an awesome treat!

Overall, we had a memorable and comfortable stay at Le Soleil de Boracay. With the resort's superb amenities, quality service, proximity to restaurants and other Boracay hot spots, it is definitely one of the finest resorts in Boracay.
Their room is exceptionally good, the facilities and amenities are superb and their customer service is highly-recommend which will assure you of a fun-filled and hassle-free stay. Indeed, it is a family-friendly resort and an ideal place to stay for couples and group of friends. I recommend it for you to stay in when spending a holiday in Boracay and I'm giving it my 2 thumbs up!
