Unique Hotel H2O Staycation

Few weeks ago, we were invited by Hotel H2O to experience their signature Aqua Room - the only one of its kind in the Philippines (See room rates). A life-sized aquarium wall in one side of the room features the calm and mesmerizing beauty of the marine world which runs the length and breadth of the 25 to 35 sqm room's main wall. Staying at this room, you'll enjoy seeing 35 different species of fishes, with myriad of colors, shapes and sizes that will glide by you.

It has one queen-size bed with soft mattress, clean white sheets, plush comforter and plufffy pillows. Other room amenities include an en suite toilet and bath, an LCD television set with cable channels, a spacious work desk, cabinet, luggage rack, telephone, and a mini bar with refrigerator and coffee & tea making equipment. Complimentary bottled water and snacks were also provided. Yey!

The toilet and bath is spacious, clean, and well lit. It has a wide sink with mirror, a clean water closet with bidet spray, and a separate shower area with hot and cold shower. Toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bath soap, body lotion, bath gel, vanity and dental care kits and clean towels were also provided. What else can I ask for? It's really impressive!

Bay Deluxe - This 31 to 39-square-metre room combines breathtaking views of the bay and easy access to the H2O Club Lounge. But the in-room amenities of the Bay Deluxe Room will make you stay within the confines of your room such as a queen-size bed, work station with high-speed Internet access, LCD television, closet with plush Terrycloth bathrobes, a marble bath area with a heated jetpool, among many others.

Premier Classic - Space is a premium in this suite. This Premiere Classic mesuares about 43 to 48 square metres of space, and guest may choose between a room with floor-to-ceiling views of Manila Bay or a massive aquarium wall. Luxury is also very much the key selling point of this room. From the rich, wood-panel design to the luxurious room amenities such as a queen bed, marble-clad bathroom, free-standing bath tub with a separate hot and cold shower, receiving area with coffee table, work station with high-speed Internet access, two flat-screen LCD television sets, and direct access to Club H2O Lounge.

Executive Suite - This suite epitomizes the best that Hotel H2O has to offer. Marina - Crowning Makan Makan Asian Food Village, this 77-square-metre function room is ideal for intimate gatherings. Like most of the hotel's function rooms, Marina VIP provides a soothing view of the bay through floor-to-ceiling glass panels.

Seaport - At the northern end of the hotel complex, the Seaport function room exhibits sweeping views of Manila Bay. On its own, it is ideal for both social and corporate gatherings, and may serve as a back-up area to catch overflows from the neighboring Pacific ballroom.

Buffet Breakfast

Our booking at Hotel H2O comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast which is served at Makan Makan Asian Food Village from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet breakfast is composed of different meat, fish, chicken and vegetables dishes to choose from. There's also a variety of pastries, and fresh fruits for desserts. There's also an omelette section where you could request how your omelette should be done. The food were good and we were satisfied with the breakfast we had.
