A 2-day beach bumming adventure with my "Sosyal Klaymer" friends - Ayie, Julius, Joan, Philip, Mitch and Ricky. The "Sosyal Klaymers" went on a climb up Mt. Daguldol last May 1, 2010. I wasn't able to join them because I have prior plans on that day. I just decided to follow the group on their second day in San Juan Batangas.
I went on an early trip bound for San Juan Batangas via RRCG bus lines. I took the 8:00 am trip and was able to reach San Juan town proper after 2 and a half hours. I hurriedly searched for something to eat for my lunch, after which I had to find the jeepney terminal going to Brgy. Hugom. I was at the jeepney terminal around 11:00 am, but I have to wait for the jeepney to be full enough for it to go. At around 12:00 noon, we finally went on a journey towards Brgy. Hugom, which took us about an hour before we reached the said barangay.
I went on a long walk through sand, water and rocks under the scorching heat of the sun on a high noon. Passing thru well known resorts such as La Luz and Palm beach resorts I was able to reach Sitio Biga after 45 minutes - where my friends are waiting for my arrival.

We had a lot of fun swimming in the clear waters, had a long pictorial sessions with our official photographer "Koya Jols" and his ever reliable tripod. Sabi nga ni Ayie, di na kailangan ng DLSR para makakuha lang ng magandang larawan. Ang malikhaing imahinasyon lamang ni Koya Jols, solve na! Hehehe!
For dinner, we had "tuna with repolyo" and a lot of "kwentuhan". We also had some "inuman sessions" and card games (sa card games lang ako sumali, kasi di ako pwede uminom because I'm under medication of my cough). We slept at around 3am to get some energy for our trip back to Manila in the morning.
I woke up early (as I always do on trips) and had coffee in the shoreline while watching at the fishermen's boats arrive at the shore. When everyone's already awake, I volunteered to prepare the breakfast - pancakes (sosyal noh?! hehehe!).
After the breakfast, we packed our things and went on a long walk again towards Brgy. Hugom and ride the jeepney bound for San Juan town proper.
We had lunch at PER-SON eatery; their food is very affordable yet delicious. You can find them in the Poblacion of San Juan.
After that, sumakay na kami ng van papunta ng Buendia Makati, umalis ang van ng 12 noon at dumating kami sa Buendia at around 2:30 pm.
It was a lot of fun hanging around with my friends. This trip was full of fun, laughter, and memories to treasure for a lifetime.
