ReplyDeletenatakot naman ako don---buti ka nga weeks palang---ako more than a year na suffering from back pains---parang nacurious ako dito sa sacralization of the L5. chat nga tayo minsan. ako rin dati I was troubled kasi akala ko somethings wrong. dika naman nag lose weight na biglaan diba? ang paliwanag sakin ng doctor is normal lang daw kasi laging naka-upo. nagpa-full spine xray din ako and they found out that I have minor scoliosis. I guess I need a 2nd opinion din soon.....hope you seek more medical help at nang mapigilan na habang maaga. iwas din talaga sa masyadong mabigat na work or activities.....

i lost weight during the early stage, when i discovered it. pero i think hindi naman yun dahil sa sakit ko... ang sabi sa kin ng doctor nung nagpa-lumbar spine x-ray ako, may buto sa spine ko na hindi fully developed,ganun na cya eversince...kaya mahirap din sa akin pag laging naka-upo...masakit cya pero tolerable naman, yun nga lang it lasts for a fews days or weeks...nag e-exercise lang me or jogging lang ako para mawala yung sakit...may binigay naman na pain reliever kaso ayoko inumin eh, kaya pa naman...
ReplyDeletetry to consult other doctors baka mabigyan ka ng ibang remedy for that...yung sa akin, pag umulit pa din, magpa-check ulit ako sa ibang doctor...thanks po...
ang problema lang, kaya ko ba talagang iwasan ang mga strenous activities? hehehe... =D
