Travel Tip: How to Get in and Out of Butuan (Bancasi) Airport

Butuan's Bancasi Airport is the gateway to the province of Agusan del Norte and the rest of the CARAGA Region. Daily flights to and from Manila, as well as to and from Cebu are serviced by major airlines. Unlike other airports in the Philippines, getting in and out of the airport is easy.

Getting out:
To get out of the airport, you just have to walk to the airport's parking lot and look for the multicab with an R4 signboard. It will take you to the city center all the way to Langihan bus terminal where buses going to Davao, Surigao, CDO and other parts of CARAGA region are stationed. Travel time is around 20 minutes and fare is 20 pesos.

If you're heading directly to Surigao City or Mangagoy in Bislig City, there are vans at the airport that services that route. Just look for them inside the airport.

Getting in:
Form Gaisano Mall, in front of Mc Donald's, there are jeepneys bound for Bancasi Airport that passes by. It will take you inside the Airport Terminal. Travel time is around 20 minutes and fare is 20 pesos.
