Along the way, we get to know each other, from then on, I knew that this will be one exciting trip.

It took us about 20-30 minutes to reach Gaspar Island. Woah! The view from the boat is absolutely stunning. I love the clear blue water. It's really inviting!

The beach is made of broken coral, but it's not painful on the feet. There are also cottages set-up at the beach front to cater to the guests.

You can bring your own food for grilling as there are places where you can cook your food. Otherwise, there are stores in the island where you could buy food and other things you need.

We also went on the other side of the island where it is not too crowded. From here, you will be rewarded with a very nice view of Mt. Malindig and the famous elephant island where the high-end Bellaroca Resort is located.

We just spent our time here, cam-whoring and enjoying the beach, the sun and the sand until we left for our next destinations - Melchor and Baltazar islands.

On our way to the next 2 islands, our boatmen advised that we cannot get closer to the islands as the waves are already getting strong. We just decided to go back to the mainland, it's better be safe than sorry.

We went back to our headquarters in Gasan to have our lunch and to fix our things for our next activity - overnight camping trip in Maniwaya Island.

2. Maniwaya Island

We went to Buyabod Port in the town of Sta. Cruz where the chartered boat that will bring us to the island is waiting for us. A very nice view of the setting sun kept us company as we sail towards Maniwaya island; which took about 30 minutes.

As soon as we get to the island, we set up our tent before it gets totally dark.

Then we took the chance to shoot the breathtaking view of the setting sun that welcomed us. Truly amazing!

We swam at the beach and had dinner prepared by the organizers. Yummy!

The whole night was spend just having a good time; chit-chattin' and getting to know each other. "Socials" is really one of best things on camping trips. It's where everyone loosens up, talk about life experiences and share a little something about themselves.

Incidentally, it was Daddy Andy's birthday. The organizers surprised him with a birthday cake as we sang a "Happy Birthday" song for him. Happy Birthday po! :)
