WHERE TO EAT IN BAGUIO CITY: Le Chef at The Manor, Camp John Hay

Le Chef is an all-day dining restaurant at The Manor inside Camp John Hay. The restaurant, hailed as one of the best fine-dining restaurants in Baguio is known to offer appetizing Filipino and international cuisines and cocktails. We went to Le Chef for an afternoon snacks as part of Baguio Food Tour 2013. It's my first time at The Manor Hotel and I was really amazed with its plush and cozy look.

It has that classic Baguio log cabin ambiance. What I love most is it overlooks The Manor's lovely garden. The view from our table captures the very essence of Baguio City, the City of Pines! It lets you enjoy good food as well as the great view from the outside.

We were served with Manor Club Sandwich and Penne alla Bolognese. All of them are really delicious! I love the tasty clubhouse sandwich served with a handful of fresh-cut fries, a very filling meal. The pasta is also as good. The full-flavored bolognese sauce complements the al dente penne pasta.

For dessert, we had Mud Pie Bars. It was really nice, not too sweet but very yummy! It has that creamy, chocolatey deliciousness you'll surely love.

Le Chef at The Manor is truly a must-visit in Baguio City. The quality of their food, cozy ambiance and impeccable service are definitely commendable. Don't miss dining here when visiting Baguio City!
