Last week, me and my brother drove all the way to Alabang for a food tasting event at IHOP Filinvest and PF Chang Alabang Town Center. After the event, we decided to take South Luzon Expressway (SLEX) to get home to Cavite via Carmona exit. On our way, we stop by Shell Gas Station to fuel up and for a much-needed restroom break.
It's always a habit of Filipinos to have a restroom break every time they go on a trip. The gas stations along the expressways are better options to have a restroom break because some of these stations also has convenience stores, restaurants and fast food chains where you could also get some decent meals in case you get hungry while traveling.
I am delighted to see that there's someone maintaining the cleanliness of the restroom. It is really clean and smells fresh. After using the comfort room, I noticed the Domex Philippines' 1 Million Clean Toilets Campaign sticker on the mirrors inside the restroom. Domex Philippines partners with Pilipinas Shell in its advocacy to spread and raise awareness about the lack of clean public toilets in the Philippines and the diseases and illnesses brought about by the germs and bacteria from unclean toilets.
As part of the advocacy, Domex Philippines donated 6 months worth of Domex cleaning products to ensure clean and sanitary toilets in Shell Gas stations along expressways and major thoroughfares in the country.
You too can be part of this advocacy. Just log on to Domex Philippines' Facebook Page to make a pledge for 1 Million Clean Toilets. For every pledge made on the Domex Philippines' Facebook page, 5.00 pesos will be donated to UNICEF's sanitation programs in the Philippines. Together, let us campaign for 1 Million Clean Toilets!
Let's Join Domex Philippines' "One Million Clean Toilets Campaign" to Educate Public on Basic Toilet Hygiene!
NOTE: This is part of the "One Million Clean Toilets Campaign" of Domex Philippines.
Did they also give you supplies of Domex? :p
