RESORTS IN BALER, AURORA: Costa Pacifica Resort, "New and Modern Beach Style Accommodation in Baler!”

Costa Pacifica Resort is one of the most (if not the only) upscale beach resorts in Baler, Aurora. Located along the famous surfing site - Sabang Beach, it boasts of unparalleled resort accommodation with topnotch facilities, well-appointed rooms, sumptuous food offerings and excellent customer service to the delight of its valued guests seeking for a relaxing vacation away from the city.

Upon arrival at the resort, I was instantly impressed with the resort's huge reception area accentuated with modern and stylish furnishings.

We proceeded to the check-in counter where we were hospitably welcomed by the hotel staff, greeted us with warm smiles and assisted us with our luggage. We were then given a welcome drink while we arrange our reservation.

Checking-in was a breeze. It only took about 5 minutes and we were given the electronic key cards to our rooms. It was so fast and efficient that I wasn't able to check the swimming pool outside. Okay, I'll just do it later.

We were ushered by their friendly staff to our room. It is a Pacific Premier Room facing the beach! I love it! This breathtaking view greeted us upon entering our room! Isn't lovely?

Our room is a 38 square meter Pacifica Premier Room that can fit 2 to 3 persons. The room is spacious, professionally-designed with blends of modern decors and features full-length glass window with sliding doors leading to a private veranda which can also be opened to let the sea breeze in. I certainly love it!

It also has 2 single beds joined to one side by a small bed table. It has fresh clean white sheets, huge fluffy pillows and comforters that perfectly compliment it. I hurriedly tried it and I feel like I just wanna lay here and sleep. Very comfortable!

The room smells so fresh, clean and feels very relaxing. Other room amenities include flat screen LED television with cable channels, air-conditioning unit with digital climate control, cabinet, a working desk, luggage rack, a telephone and an in-room safe.

There's also a day bed at one side of the room that can also be used as an extra bed for additional guest occupying the room.

There's also a personal refrigerator filled with drinks and a mini bar with coffee and tea-making equipment.

With this kind of amenities, every guest will surely have a relaxing and comfortable stay that they'll end up just staying inside the comforts of their room.

A private veranda facing the beach is located on one side of the room. This is one of our most favorite part of the room where we spent most of our time just hanging around while sipping a cup of coffee and enjoying the stunning view of the beach.

The toilet and bathroom has hot and cold shower with excellent water pressure. The walk-in shower area is so nice and it has a rain shower feature which I really like!

It also comes with basic toiletries and bathroom amenities such as shampoo with conditioner, bath soap, body gel, lotion and dental care kits. The hand and bath towels are soft and all smell fresh! I couldn't ask for more, it's quite impressive!

For me, it is very important to have a toilet and bath that is clean and smells fresh. Costa Pacifica Resort's toilet and bathroom did not disappoint me; from the sink to the toilet with bidet, to the shower area, they are all clean, fresh and well-kept.

Costa Pacifica Resort is equally beautiful at night with stylish lights illuminating the whole property.

For dinner, we went to Costa Pacifica's in-house restaurant, the Beach House. As a member of the Raintree group of restaurants, we were quite excited to have a taste of its signature pizza.

I've heard a lot of great reviews about the Beach House's Baler Pizza, so that's what we ordered for dinner. While waiting, we were served with complimentary peanuts which became an interesting conversation piece among us.

I guess my friends aren't joking when they told me that I have to try the Baler Pizza. It is indeed good! It has flavorful Baler longanisa and then topped with fresh pako (fern) and lots of cheese. This is really a must-try at the Beach House!

We also tried their Pepperoni Pizza. Nothing really special about it, but it tastes good as well.

The following morning, we were treated with a wide spread of local and international cuisines at the resort's buffet breakfast, also served at the Beach House. There are different meat, fish and vegetables dishes to choose from. There's also a salad bar, a pasta bar and a variety of pastries, fresh fruits and local delicacies such as the "Baler suman" for desserts. We were really full when we left the restaurant.

After our hearty breakfast, it's time enjoy the resort even more! We spent the whole morning just lounging at the pool and enjoying the resort's marvellously designed property with well-manicured gardens that blend with the natural setting of the trees and the beach.

We truly had a comfortable and relaxing overnight stay at Costa Pacifica Resort.
