WHERE TO EAT: Millie’s All-day Dining Restaurant at Microtel UP Technohub, Quezon City

Millie's All-Day Dining Restaurant is the in-house F&B service and restaurant of Microtel by Wyndham at UP-Ayala Land Technohub in Quezon City. Located at the hotel's ground floor, it is an all-day dining restaurant that offers a wide selection of international and Filipino cuisines to cater to the needs of checked-in guests and visitors. It is just one of the three in the country, the other two are in Microtel Mall of Asia and Microtel Batangas.

Dining at Millie's, you should prepare your most discriminating palate for a wide array of mouth-watering dishes in generous servings. I have tried the restaurant's branch at Microtel Mall of Asia during my stay at the hotel some few months ago, so I kinda already know what to expect in their menu. What I love about them is that the food comes in generous servings that is good for sharing and is priced just right for value-conscious foodies.

The restaurant is spacious and exudes a very comfy ambiance. One of the unique features of Millie's Restaurant at Microtel UP Technohub is the al fresco patio which is an awesome place to dine, have coffee after your meal or set a meeting with your business partners during business trips.

Potato Gnocchi with Gorgonzola and Pistachios

A sumptuous platter of petite potato dumplings with flour cream, pistachios and freshly made Gorgonzola cheese sauce. It is served warm to hot and is best eaten upon serving. We really love this one! It is so good! Don't leave Millie's without having to try this!

Seafood Marinara

A favorite among seafood lovers, their version is rich in tomato sauce flavors and has generous seafood on top. Nothing so special about it though, but it's also good!

Tropical Grilled Blue Marlin with Mango Salsa

Perfectly grilled fish topped with a special mango salsa (mixture of mangoes, bellpepper and onions). I love the flavor that was added by the sauce to the fish. It is then served with some veggies on the side. Yummy!

Baby Back Ribs

This is Millie's best-seller. The meat is so tender that it literally falls off the bone. It is generously coated with a delicious and flavorful secret signature marinade and served with either rice, coleslaw, mashed potatoes or fries. If it's you're first time at Millie's you definitely have to try this and you'll taste the difference with other baby back ribs yo had before.

Millie’s All-day Dining Restaurant at Microtel UP Technohub is open daily from 6:00 AM to 10:00 PM catering to hotel guests and visitors. They are also open for banquets or any occasion and can accommodate up to 150 people at the hotel’s function rooms.
