PHOTOS: 2015 Philippine International HOT AIR BALLOON FIESTA in Clark Field Pampanga

It's another weekend of everything that flies, as the 19th Philippine International Hot Air Balloon Fiesta 2015 (PIHABF 2015) officially opens today in Clark Field, Pampanga. More than 30 colorful and gigantic balloons flew at the break of dawn to the delight of the expectators attending the event.
