Few weeks ago, together with other bloggers, I was invited at Nobu Restaurant at City of Dreams Manila to try their brekfast buffet offerings. This isn't my first time at Nobu Restaurant; I had the chance to check it out during the grand opening of City of Dreams Manila last February.
But this visit is quite different as we are to embark on a gastronomic adventure by trying out the different dishes at Nobu Restaurant's breakfast buffet. Yey!

We were warmly welcomed by Marlon Hirsh, Nobu Hotel's General Manager and ushered us to our reserved table. He then discussed to us what to expect and what not to miss at their buffet spread. He emphasized that we should try their French toast, which made more excited. Hahaha!
Nobu Restaurant is a spacious and elegantly-styled contemporary fine-dining venue that could seat up tp 335 persons. It has two private dining rooms, a sushi bar, floating water cabanas, two Teppanyaki tables and a Chef's table.
The restaurant is known for their delectable menu of modern Japanese cuisines fused with influences from Celebrity Chef Nobu Matsuhisa's travels through North and South America.
What to Expect at Nobu Restaurant's Breakfast Buffet?
The restaurant's buffet spread is not that extensive compared to other luxury hotels I've been to. It is actually composed of a few stations filled with Nobu Restaurant's breakfast specialties such as Yuzu Soba Pancakes, Green Tea Waffles, Eggs Matsuhisa, Bagel and Lox, Breakfast Tobanyaki, Salmon and Egg Donburi.Although the dishes at the buffet table seems to be limited, it is composed of selected dishes that are cooked well tastes really good. I tried every dish I could. Certainly, their French Toast is indeed one of the best I've tried.
Here are the other dishes and desserts available at the buffet table.
Breakfast Minis
Not to be missed are the Breakfast Minis which are also included in the breakfast buffet package. The menu is composed of dishes in mini servings that are prepared only upon request to maintain its quality and freshness. The menu changes everyday so it won't be the same dishes over and over again. Here are the dishes on the Breakfast Minis Menu during our visit. The champorado is my favorite!Overall, I had an delightful and satisfying breakfast buffet experience at Nobu Restaurant at City of Dreams Manila. The selection of dishes might be limited but it is composed of well-prepared and specially-crafted dishes. "Quality, not quantity" that's what Nobu Restaurant can boast for.
