Our classy, luxurious and elegant accommodation experience at Hotel Céleste was complemented with no less but sumptuous and delicious Italian dishes at Lucia Ristorante. Located next to Hotel Céleste's hotel lobby for guests and non-guests to dine in, Lucia Ristorante is a semi-fine dining restaurant that offers a wide selection of authentic Italian cuisines and a wide range of premium Italian wines.
Lucia Ristorante is the brainchild of Chef Davide Lombardi, who brought his expertise in Italian cuisine to the Philippines through the wide selection of mouthwatering dishes at Lucia Ristorante. The restaurant features classic and authentic Italian dishes from antipasti (starters) to main entrees; as well as from soups, to pasta and pizza to desserts.

For starters (antipasti), we had a sampling of cold and hot appetizers such as Mozzarella di Bufala, Calamari Fritti and Insalata Mista. These light and refreshing appetizers are all good. Ideal to start your Italian cuisine adventures.
We also got to try 2 different soups, the Crema di Funghi Tartufata and Minestrone Alla Genovese.
Then for the main dishes we got to try Pollo Alla Cacciatore which is made from boneless chicken thigh stuffed with mushroom and served with vegetable and rich pomodoro sauce.
We also had Dentice Arrosto Salsa Zafferano which is made from roasted lapu-lapu fillet in saffron sauce; as well as Ossobuco di Manzo, which is oven braised beef shank with risotto.
We also had some pasta such as the Paglia E Fieno, Taglierini Neri and the Ravioli di Magro. These pasta are seriously good. The Taglierini Neri made from the freshest ingredients is definitely my favorite!
Of course, we have to try their pizza! They served us with one of their classic recipes of Quatro Formaggi which is richly flavored with four types of cheeses - Provolone, Fontina, Gorgonzola and Mozzarella. We also tried the Al Salumi which is made with coppa, prosclutto, mortadella and salami. Their pizzas are definitely a must-try!
For my favorite part, the desserts, we had several servings of Gelato, Tiramisu and Panna Cotta. This is the 2nd time I've tried Lucia Ristorante's Tiramisu, and it's really really good! Don't leave Lucia Ristorante without trying it!
Lucia Ristorante is also a perfect place to unwind after a day's work. They have daily happy hour from 3:00 PM to 8:00 PM where you can enjoy local beers and cocktails for half the price! Then paired it with cheese, and you're all set for a good night!
For drinks, must-try are their fresh juices and shakes.
For a more intimate setting, Lucia Ristorante has a private dining area ideal for small gatherings, meetings or for a private dinner date with your love one.
Overall, we had a delightful and satisfying dining experience at Lucia Ristorante! For delicious Authentic Italian cuisines, dine at Lucia Ristorante in Hotel Céleste! It may be a bit on the pricey side, but certainly worth every peso spent.
