Hailed as the "Home of Traditional Spanish Cooking™ in Manila since 1952," Alba Restaurante Español is considered an icon in the local dining scene. With more than five decades in the business, they has been the Philippines' home of traditional Spanish cooking, offering their guests’ most discerning palates with enticing flavors of Castilian cuisine.
Few weeks ago, we visited Alba Restaurante Español located at The Prism Plaza, Two Ecom Center in Mall of Asia Complex. Upon arrival at the restaurant, we were warmly welcomed by their staff, greeting us "Bienvenidos!" They then ushered us to our table. After settling down, we proceeded to the buffet table and started our Spanish Buffet Lunch.
