BISITA BATANGAS: Tourist Spots and Things To Do in Batangas (Part 2)

This is the 2nd part of the Bisita Batangas Tour organized by Lima Park Hotel. If you missed Part 1, you can read it here.

You can find many places and do many things in Batangas. To fully enjoy what the province of #BeautifulBatangas has to offer, here's more of Batangas' tourist spots, attractions and things to do and experience.

Lipa Cathedral

The fifth place that we visited as part of Lima Park Hotel Bisita Batangas tour is at Cathedral De San Sebastian in Lipa City. When we entered to the church, I was amazed at the interiors and the design of the church, from the front door up to the altar, you will feel the solemnity of the church. The church is a religious art composition. The church was built under the supervision of the Rev. Benito Varas, a parish priest from 1865 to 1894.

Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church

Next is the Our Lady of Mount Carmel Church, also in Lipa City. The church is known for the miraculous shower of petals were Mary Mediatrix of All Grace appeared on top of a vine on September 12, 1948. The vine beside Our Lady is the original vine.

Casa Segunda

The last place that we’ve visited as part of Lima Park Hotel Bisita Batangas tour is Casa Segunda, named after Segunda Katigbak. The place is located at Rizal Street in Lipa City Batangas. We’re able to see the ancestral house of Luz-Katigbak clan, the place was declared as a heritage house that contributes in the art, cultural, and historical of the past.

Nayomi Sanctuary Resort

Aside from visiting places in Batangas, Lima Park Hotel team brought us at the beautiful place of Nayomi Sanctuary Resort to have lunch, a place owned by Prats Family, launched on the day of Isabel Oli and John Prats “Dynamite Wedding” and this was a place where John Yambao proposed to Camille Prats. If you are planning a dream weddings, family bonding, and unforgettable proposals, this is the perfect place.
