Trip Case – Your Handy Travel Planning App

Trip Case Your Handy Travel Planning App

Planning your travel isn’t easy especially when you don’t have your personal assistant to help you organize and set your schedules. Good thing, there are some apps that can do the job for you. I am happy to share to you one travel app I found recently, where all your needs when travelling are compiled and comes with just one click away.

Take your travel into the next level without any hassle with TripCase. It gives travellers a single place to manage and organize their trips. Connected to powerful technology and travel companies, TripCase is an itinerary management app that delivers the right information at the right time. It is one of the most downloaded travel app according to some websites, and they always come on top of the list according to some reviews.

Having their good reputation, I finally decided to download the app and try it to see it for myself. You can download it for free, and register without any struggle just by logging-in with your Facebook account.

How does TripCase works?

1. Complete your profile

To get the best offer they can give, it would be better if you are going to complete all the details in your profile. To accomplish that, you must login from a desktop to access your profile page (because it might not work using mobile version). Give your basic information, add your email address and manage your notifications according to your desired settings.

2. Add a trip your way

From here, you can choose from the three choices. First is auto import. If you are booked through a TripCase affiliate, your trip details are automatically added in your TripCase account. Second, is through your email. You can forward English confirmation emails to trips@tripcase.com and they will do the work for you. And the last one is by adding your own details. Once you are logged in, you will see the option for creating a new trip. From here, all you have to do is give it a name, and from there, TripCase walks you through a few easy steps.

3. Add items to your trip

Forward English confirmation emails to trips@tripcase.com to include additional reservations, such as events tickets or car rentals. Yes, they can do that for you too. A virtual personal assistant right? But you can also add activities, flights, accommodations and other details manually if you desired to do so.

4. Share your trip with others

You can keep them updated with your trip, share your whole itinerary, show them what is happening, or let them know your arrival updates. All of these are automatically updated by TripCase so you don’t have to update them by yourself.

More to that, when you book through a TripCase affiliate like Philippine Airlines, bookings will automatically imported into your TripCase account and you’ll stay updated as changes are made to the itinerary — from traveler initiated changes to schedule changes,TripCase can automatically reflect those updates.

They are also launching the app in more languages such as Spanish, Portuguese, Italian, French, Japanese, Korean, Simplified Chinese and Traditional Chinese.
One of these days, TripCase will be able to support Apple Watch and Samsung/Android Wear watch app which the “tech-ies” will sure love. How cool is that?!

So for my verdict, as I am a traveller too, this could be a great help. It is like having your own assistant/secretary on board. They offer more, like finding helpful information and suggestions in Tripfeed, remembering places along your way using the + icon at the bottom of your screen, and saving time and effort using travel tools. They have lots to offer, all you have to do is discover them all.

I am quite excited to fully utilize TripCase in my future travel plans!
