Let's admit it, we, Filipinos love to celebrate. We also love to hangout and chill which are our way to unwind after a tiring day at work. If you're looking for an awesome restaurant to eat, chill, drink and unwind with your family and friends after a long day at work or when celebrating any event or special occasion, I recommend that you check out The Perfect Pint: Craft Beer + Fine Food.
The Perfect Pint is a premier destination and "go-to place" for local craft beers. As a gastropub and casual dining restaurant, they also offer sumptuous food treats that will surely be a perfect match for the craft beers that they manufacture in their own "microbrewery."
Last month, we visited The Perfect Pint's newest branch located at Alabang's Molito Lifestyle Center - one of the newest food trip destinations in Metro Manila. We met with the owner, Mr. Alec Tempongco who gladly welcomed us and toured us around the restaurant.
Opened last April 27, 2016, The Perfect Pint Alabang is a 2-level restaurant with dining areas on the upper and lower levels. I love the restaurant's very cozy ambiance and well-thought industrial design which makes it an awesome place chill and hangout.
Their microbrewery is located at the 2nd floor. Sir Alec let us see where they manufacture their craft beers and also explained to us the process of beer brewing. The process is quite interesting and its an amazing science and art. From the mashing, to the fermentation and bottling process, every step is carefully measured and perfected. Having a microbrewery in their restaurant allows them to concoct the most innovative, original and intriguing beer flavors.
Currently, The Perfect Pint Alabang already has six beer flavors being bottled on site. These are Thirsty Dog Wheat Beer, Hoppy Road IPA, Street Smart Pale Ale, Oakey Dokey Bourbon Barrel Porter, Black Mamba Stout and Holy Grail Double IPA.
After the quick tour, we went down and settled on our reserved table. Now, let's have a taste of their food offerings.
