Always dreaming of enjoying a luxurious and family-friendly resort to have a quick break from the city? Why not visit Cavite? Mount Sea Resort in Rosario, Cavite will certainly sweep you away into a relaxing and enjoyable vacation near Metro Manila. As one of the most-regarded resorts in Cavite, it promises to reward guests with luxe retreat and a one-of-a-kind resort experience.
Honestly, I really didn't know that such a lovely resort exists in Cavite. Not until early this month when we were invited to experience an overnight staycation at Mount Sea Resort (Check discounted rates online).
Upon arrival at Mount Sea Resort, we were warmly welcomed by their staff and greeted us with a sweet smile. As we enter the lobby, I was instantly impressed with its modern and clean interiors. It is well-lit and spacious with couches where guests could sit while waiting for check-in or check-out.
Checking-in is fast and efficient. After only about 5 minutes, the key cards to our room were handed to us and we were ushered to our room which is located at the ground floor near the lobby.
Executive Room
Our room is a well-appointed, newly renovated Executive Room fitted with awesome amenities needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay.
As we entered the room, I was impressed at how clean it is and how everything inside are well-organized. I like the minimalist theme, the color combination, and the room's earth tone colors that surely give a very homey feel.
It has a huge king size bed coupled with clean white sheets, plush comforters and very fluffy pillows ideal for a good night's sleep. It has side tables on both sides with a telephone and lamp shades. And oh… The accent wall with indirect lighting is also so lovely!
Room Amenities
Other room amenities include an en suite toilet and bath, an individually-controlled and silent air-conditioning unit, television set with cable channels, a work desk, luggage rack, safety deposit box, a cabinet and a and personal refrigerator with complimentary bottled water.
Toilet and Bath
As I sneaked into the toilet and bath, I was impressed! It's quite huge and spacious. It has a clean water closet with bidet spray, a walk-in shower area with hot & cold shower feature and a lovely sink with a huge mirror.
Clean towels, slippers and quality toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, body gel, body lotion, and dental and vanity kits were also provided. The hand and bath towels as well as the bathrobes are soft and all smell fresh! I couldn't ask for more, it's quite impressive!
With all these much-needed amenities, sleek and minimalist touch of interiors, it will surely give you all that you need to find comfort in a hotel room.
Food and Beverage Service
Mount Sea Resort's in-house restaurant is located near the swimming pool. The Dining Room serves an array of Filipino and international dishes that will surely be a delight to every guest. Complimentary Breakfast
Every booking comes with a complimentary plated breakfast served at The Dining Room. Since Rosario, Cavite is known for its "Tinapang Salinas," we specifically requested to have it for breakfast. This smoked fish is one of the town's pride and most popular local products and there's no way that we're leaving Rosario, Cavite without trying it. And yes, it is really good!
Other breakfast choices include Filipino and Continental breakfasts.
WIFI Internet Connection
Complimentary WIFI internet connection is available for every checked-in guest. Connection is fast and reliable but it gets unavailable when inside the room.
Swimming Pool
An exciting array of hotel amenities and facilities await every guest at Mount Sea Resort. Unwind by their luxurious pool surrounded by tall palm trees perfect for chilling all day or night. It has day beds scattered around and some dining tables where you could eat or have some drinks while enjoying the pool. This is the perfect spot to relax, read a book and enjoy the resort's luxe tropical feel while savoring your vacation.
The swimming pool also offers a mini Jacuzzi, sunken day beds and a slide that the kids will surely enjoy. Just don't forget to put on them some sunscreen to avoid sunburns especially during summer.
Fitness Center
Every checked-in guest has complimentary unlimited access to the hotel's Fitness Center located near the swimming pool area. It offers new and state-of-the-art fitness equipment that every fitness enthusiast will surely love.
Entertainment Area
Overlooking the swimming pool, they also have an entertainment area where guests could lounge while watching a movie, having some snacks or playing billiards with their friends.
Other Facilities
Mount Sea Resort also has functions rooms and events places ideal for any social and corporate events. They also have a shop, basketball and volleyball courts as well as obstacle courses ideal for company outings and team-building activities.
Breakwater
If you wish to feel the cool breeze of the sea, head on to the breakwater area where you could have an awesome view of Manila Bay. This is also a great spot to watch the sunset or just to chill while savoring the amazing view. Unfortunately, we didn't see the sunset as it was raining during our stay.

Mount Sea Resort is equally beautiful at night with stylish lights illuminating the whole property.

We were there in Mount Sea Resort Last Year, May 2016 to be exact. It's a beautiful retreat/seminar/training site with complete facilities for bonding and team building. It is manned with nice and beautiful people, the food and drinks served were all good. Rooms and accommodation as well are all nice, aircon is good and the general ambiance...Rate A. mandy
