Beach Café is Le Soleil de Boracay's all-day dining restaurant. Located at the resort's ground floor and fronting the beach, it offers a wide array International, Asian and Filipino food favorites. Every booking comes with a complimentary buffet breakfast at the Beach Café. The buffet breakfast is composed several well-selected and flavorful local and international dishes. There are different meat, fish, chicken and vegetables dishes to choose from. There's also a variety of pastries and fresh fruits for desserts. We were really full when we left the restaurant. It's such a great way to start up our day.
Recently, I found this online interactive map of beaches in the Philippines that features some of the best beaches in the country. It gives useful information on things to do, activities to enjoy, what and where to eat, best time to visit and some attractions nearby. It’s definitely a useful tool that can help you in your travel.
Aside from basking in the powdery sand and turquoise waters of the island, food tripping is also one of the best things to do in Boracay. During our 2-night stay at Le Soleil de Boracay, we were spoiled with some of Beach Cafe's sumptuous and delectable dishes, from breakfast, lunch to dinner. Here are some of my personal favorites!
Beach Cafe at Le Soleil de Boracay
Asparagus Cream Soup (PHP 100.00)
Specially prepared soup with asparagus, stock and milk or cream. A green and super-tasty vegetable soup with a few simple ingredients but very tasty and flavorful. An awesome soup to warm our stomachs.
Bouillabaisse Soup (PHP 100.00)
Fresh seafood of mussels, fish and crabs in garlic and aioli sauce. One of the best seafood soups I had for the longest time.
Pollo Partenopea (PHP 260.00)
Pan fried chicken breast cooked in Italian style with ham and mozzarella cheese and served on a bed of pasta and garden vegetables.
Grilled Pork Liempo (PHP 280.00)
Classic off-the-grill, tender pork belly (liempo). Perfectly grilled and marinated in soy sauce, vinegar and spices. It is served in rice and buttered vegetables on the side.
Chicken Curry (PHP 250.00)
Chicken fillet with fried eggplant, potatoes, bell pepper and mango chutney in coco milk served with steamed rice. I love that it has the right curry flavor. Not too strong, yet it's bursting with flavors.
Rib-eye Steak (PHP 550.00)
Perfectly cooked rib eye steak that's very tender, moist and full of flavor. This is definitely my favorite
Refreshing Drinks
For drinks, they had their fresh pineapple and watermelon fruit shakes and a glass of Mojito. Very refreshing drinks!
Sweet Desserts
To cap off our meals, we got to try their Yema and Chocolate Cakes for desserts. Each costs 100 and 170 pesos respectively. I love Yema candy, so the Yema Cake is definitely my favorite!
Overall, we had a delightful and very satisfying dining experience at Le Soleil de Boracay's Beach Cafe. Their staff are all nice and attentive, the food were great and service is highly commendable. It's definitely one of the best places to dine when visiting Boracay.
