Just about 1 hour away from Metro Manila, Clark Freeport Zone, Pampanga makes a perfect destination for families, group of friends, or travelers looking for a quick escape from the hustle and bustle of the city.

Just recently, we were invited by Park Inn by Radisson Clark to experience 3 days of relaxing stay and savor exquisite cuisines at their property located just behind SM City Clark, Pampanga.

Upon arrival at Park Inn by Radisson Clark, we were hospitably welcomed by the hotel staff, greeted us with warm smiles, and assisted us with our booking. I was quite impressed with how neat and well-designed the lobby is. It is very spacious, well-lit and has a lot of couches where guests could lounge while waiting to check-in. Since we already have prior reservations, checking-in was fast; after about 5 minutes, our room keys were handed to us.

Junior Suite

Our room is a luxurious and spacious One-bedroom Junior Suite equipped with all the much needed amenities needed for a comfortable stay. Upon entering our well-appointed guest room, I was totally impressed. The room is well-organized, and smells fresh and clean. It is awesomely beautiful and features modern and colorful interiors that give a fun and homey vibe that every guest will surely love.

It has a separate living area with a comfy sofa, a television set, a work desk, and a mini bar equipped with coffee and tea making sets, some snacks and a refrigerator filled with drinks and complimentary drinking water.

I then checked on the bedroom which has an array of essential amenities needed for a comfortable stay. It has king sized with comfortable mattress that is soft and fluffy. It is complemented with fresh clean white sheets, huge fluffy pillows and thick comforter that perfectly compliment it. I tried it right away and I felt like I was melting into the bed as I lay my back on it. Very comfortable and relaxing!

I was quite impressed by some of the much needed amenities equipped inside the room, like an individually-controlled and silent air-conditioning unit, a cabinet, an electronic safety deposit box, an LCD television set with cable channels, and a luggage rack.

As I sneaked into the toilet and bath, I was totally impressed! It is huge, clean, and equipped with amazing bathroom amenities such as a clean water closet, an eclosed shower area with hot and cold shower, a lovely bath tub, and a sink with huge mirror. For me, it is very important to have a bathroom that is clean, well-lit, and organized. Park Inn Clark did not disappoint; from the sink to the water closet, to the shower area and bath tub, they were all clean.

For guests' comfort, essential toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, bath and facial soaps, body lotion, vanity and dental care kits were provided. The body and hand towels are soft, fluffy and all smell fresh! Everything we need are here! I couldn't ask for more!

HUES Restaurant

Discover delectable cuisines at Park Inn Clark's in-house restaurant called HUES Restaurant, located at the hotel's ground floor. HUES is a casual dining restaurant that offers a wide array of international dishes and local favorites that will surely satisfy your cravings.

Buffet Breakfast

The buffet breakfast that comes with every booking at the Park Inn Clark is also served at HUES from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet table has a wide array of carefully selected dishes that will surely be a delight to every guest.

Delightful Dining Experience

For lunch and dinner, we also got to try HUES signature dishes such as the Baby BAck Ribs Adobo, Blackened Chicken, Boneless Chicken Inasal, and Grilled Salmon. My favorite? It has to be their Blackened Chicken! I'm willing to travel to Clark just for this. Definitely a must-try!

Vegetable and Dumpling Soup - steamed ground chicken in molo wrapper served in vegetable consomme.

Baby Back Ribs Adobo - traditional Filipino adobo served with buttered corn on a cob, vegetables, and garlic leek rice.

Blackened Chicken - juicy chicken breast with creole seasoning, grilled and served with creamy spinach and dirty rice.

Grilled Chicken Caesar Salad - classic caesar salad tossed with spicy and flavorful grilled chicken breast.

Boneless Chicken Inasal - southern Filipino style chicken barbeque marinated in soy sauce, lemon grass, and ginger, served with grilled Baguio beans and java rice.

Grilled Salmon - salmon fillet in lemon caper and white wine sauce served with mashed potatoes.

For desserts, we got to try their delectable take on the classic Banana Split and their luscious serving of Brownie Mess.

Banana Split - banana and ice cream on bed of freshly made waffle topped with cashew and chocolate syrup.

Brownie Mess - fudge brownie, caramel, vanilla ice cream, meringue, chocolate shavings and glazed nuts.

Every meal at HUES Restaurant is best to be paired with their refreshing fruit shakes from their impressive beverage menu. We got to try their Carrot Apple Mix, Pineapple Hydrator, and other fresh fruit shakes.

In-Room Dining Service

During our stay, we also got to try their in-room dining service. Their menu has a lot of delectable dishes to choose from. We got to try it during one of our dinners as we just don't want to go out of our lovely room. Here are the dishes we got to try.

Complimentary WIFI internet connection is available anywhere in the hotel. Connection is fast and reliable. Yey! For someone like me who loves to be always connected to the internet to post on my social media accounts, the free internet connection is an awesome treat!
