REVIEW: SNAPz Staycation at SM Jazz Residences in Makati City

Staying in condotels or serviced residences is a cheaper option than hotels. With so many condiminuim buildings now built in Metro Manila, some of the unit owners have converted their units into a condo-hotel, serviced residence, or apartment. This is the a very nice trend that I see which will be more more popular in the coming years. Why stay in a condotel in Metro Manila? Here are some reasons.

Earlier this month, we were invited by a friend of my former officemate to check out her unit at SM Jazz Residences in Makati City. With its convenient location, the SNAPz Staycation at SM Jazz Residences offers easy access to Makati city's commercial, business and entertainment districts, as well its must-see attractions. With every booking at SNAPz Staycation, guests can enjoy Jazz Residences' vast and lovely outdoor swimming pool, and other amenities such as the clubhouse, function room, fitness gym, kid play area, videoke room, amenity lobby and a lot more.

SNAPz Staycation's unit is quite good as it offers a "feel like home" ambiance. It has the essential amenities and facilities with all the comforts of home. At SNAPz Staycation, every effort is made to make guests feel comfortable. It is a home with one bedroom, living and dining areas, a working kitchen, a toilet and bath and a private balcony.

The serviced residence also comes equipped with a huge television unit with cable channels and Netflix subscription, a sofa, air-conditioing unit, cabinets, a tiled bathroom, washing machine with dryer, and a kitchen with microwave, fridge, electric kettle, and induction cooker. Utensils and cooking equipment were also provided for guests' comfort and convenience during their stay.

The toilet and bath is clean, organized, and well-kept. It has a sink, a clean water closet with bidet spary, and an enclosed shower area with hot & cold shower feature. It is also complete with basic toiletries such as shampoo, bath soap, liquid hand soap and dental care kits. Clean and soft bath towels were also provided.

What I Love About SNAPz Staycation at SM Jazz Residences

• Jazz Residences' prime location is ideal; it is near business, shopping, food and entertainment establishments in Makati City.
• Within the building, there's a huge grocery, fast food, and restaurants.
• The unit's interiors are nice. Everything is organized and there are not too much clutter which makes it spacious.
• Beds are soft and comfortable which gave me a very relaxing sleep.
• Bed sheets, blankets, comforters, pillow cases and towels all smell fresh and clean.
• The toilet and bath is clean and complete with basic toiletries such as shampoo, bath soap and clean towels.
• The kitchen is equipped with all the much-needed amenities which allowed us to cook our own food.
• As it is located at Makati's prime location; getting a transportation is not a problem.
• Affordable, value-for-your-money rates.

Published Rate

You can stay at SNAPz Staycation for an affordable rate of PHP 2,750 per night good for 2 persons and free use of the swimming pool. Check-in time is from 2:00 to 8:00 PM and check-out time is 12:00 NN. Additional charges apply for extra persons.
