Hotel Jen Manila is a classy and family-friendly 4-star hotel in Manila offering superior accommodation, top-notch amenities and highly commendable customer service. Located along Roxas Boulevard, it is just a few minutes drive from Ninoy Aquino International Airport via direct and easy access to the newly constructed NAIA Expressway. It is also just across Cultural Center of the Philippines (CCP) Complex, Philippine International Convention Center (PICC), and a few minutes drive from Mall of Asia, SMX Convention Center, World Trade Center, and the city's business and entertainment districts. With its prime location, it is an ideal place to stay for business and leisure travelers visiting Manila.
Recently, we were invited by Hotel Jen Manila to experience their awesome facilities and amenities. Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by their cheerful and genuinely accommodating staff at the lobby. We then proceeded to the reception area to check-in. Since we already have a reservation, checking-in was fast and convenient. It only took less than 5 minutes and we were given the electronic key cards to our room.
Executive Suite
Our room is lovely and spacious Executive Suite located at the higher floor which provides stunning views of CCP Complex, Manila Bay and Manila Yacht Club. Upon entering, I could smell the freshness of the room, which I like! It's clean, well-lit, organized, and the natural light coming from the huge windows are amazing! It has a separate living area, a nice bedroom, an en suite toilet and bath, and walk-in closet.
The bedroom is huge and has a large comfortable bed and a sitting area overlooking Manila. The beds are coupled with high-quality duvets, clean white sheets and very fluffy pillows. I quickly tried it and I loved it! It is so comfortable!
Essential room amenities inside the room include a 37-inch interactive cable television, CD / DVD entertainment system, complimentary WiFi internet connection, executive work desk, safety deposit box, and a mini bar with refrigerator, a coffee & tea making equipment, bottled water, and complimentary fresh fruits and drinks.
The smart en-suite toilet and bathroom has a bathtub, a separate shower area with rain shower head with hot and cold water feature, a clean water closet with bidet spray, and a wide sink with mirrors. For guests' comfort and convenience, high-quality bathroom toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, shower gel, body lotion and bath soap, as well as vanity and dental care kits were provided. Soft and fluffy bath and face towels were also provided. Water pressure is also awesome! What else could I ask for? Everything we need are here! I love it!
With all these modern room amenities, warm and refreshing interiors, it will surely give you all that you need to find comfort and relaxation in a hotel room.
Food & Beverage Services
Hotel Jen Manila has several dining outlets such as Latitude, Kitsho, Windows by the Bay, Lobby Lounge and Coffee.com. Dining at their restaurants, guests will be treated with a variety of carefully-selected and specially-prepared international and local dishes.
Latitude
An all-day-dining restaurant that offers a wide variety of Asian and international buffet selections and a la carte menus served in an informal and relaxed ambience. The buffet breakfast that comes with every booking at the hotel is also served at Latitude from 6:00 AM to 10:00 AM. The buffet table has a wide array of delectable dishes that will surely be a delight to every guest.
The breakfast, in particular, are worth a mention being both varied and sumptuous. Ideal to wake up for after a relaxing and comfortable night's sleep. The breakfast buffet is quite good and we're satisfied with every breakfast we had during our stay. It's certainly worth waking up to every morning.
Kitsho
For authentic Japanese cuisine, Kitsho offers a wide range of sushi, sashimi, tempura and more. Some of the restaurant’s best features include its Teppanyaki bar, private dining rooms, Sushi bar and a Sake bar that features an extensive drinks list.
Windows by the Bay club Lounge
Enjoy amazing night views of Manila Bay from the 19th floor from 7:30 PM daily and select from a wide selection of light bites, cocktails and wines. Now everyone can enjoy the new chill out lounge of Windows by the Bay club Lounge at Hotel Jen Manila.
Guests who book at the Executive Suite may also enjoy access to the Club Lounge with an array of privileges, including personalized check-in and checkout service, full breakfast, afternoon tea, evening cocktails, as well as complimentary meeting room usage. This is where we spent most of our time just enjoying afternoon tea along with some treats and early evening cocktails canapés while enjoying the breathtaking views of the city.
The best time to visit the Club Lounge is during late afternoon to enjoy the breathtaking views of the world-famous Manila Bay's sunset.
Lobby Lounge
A full service bar with a wide selection of cocktail drinks, beers and light fares. Guest will also enjoy its nightly live entertainment and live sports streaming.
Coffee.com
A cyber café that offers fast, free WiFi. It’s a place for you to savour a cup of coffee while catching up on emails, the latest news or social media. It is open 24/7, offering an array of delicious savouries, pastries, salads, sandwiches and pasta dishes, it’s a treat!
In-room Dining Service
If you're too lazy to go out of your room, you may also avail the hotel's in-room dining service. Their menu has a lot of delectable dishes to choose from. We got to try it for lunch as we just don't want to go out of our lovely room.
