Amazing and Memorable Stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 (Hotel Review)

Bangkok is definitely one of the best cities to visit in Southeast Asia, if not in the world. It's a city that is worth more than a quick stay that most travelers give it. One visit is really not enough because there's so much more to see and to experience in Bangkok. And for the 2nd time this year, barely 2 months after our first visit, we're so happy to be back in Bangkok! Yey!

For our recent trip to Bangkok, our temporary home in the city is the newly opened Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. One of newest Novotel Hotels in Bangkok, it is one of the world's leading mid-scale brands in Bangkok's Central Business District. It features spacious and well-appointed guestrooms, a lovely restaurant, a one-of-a-kind rooftop Vodka Bar, and a beautiful rooftop swimming pool with amazing views of the city.

Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4's location is quite good and convenient as it is located just 5 minutes walk from or to Nana and Ploenchit BTS Skytrain stations. Strategically located at the city’s Business District, it is surrounded with a wide array of entertainment options, shopping malls, and restaurants that will surely add value to your whole travel experience. More to that, it also within close proximity to the expressway providing easy access to the Suvarnabhumi and Don Meuang International Airports. At it is located in the heart of the bustling business and entertainment district in Bangkok, it is near the city's dining, night life, and cultural attractions which makes it an ideal hotel in Bangkok for business and leisure travelers.


Upon arrival at the hotel, we were warmly welcomed by their lovely staff and assisted us with checking-in. Since we already have a reservation, checking-in was fast and efficient. It only took about 5 minutes, and the key cards to our room were handed to us.

Featuring modern Thai interiors, Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4 boasts 185 Deluxe and Grand Deluxe rooms that overlooks the city skyline. Our room is stunning and luxurious. The room is simple and sleek offering natural light feature and a unique wall art which will surely catch your attention upon entering the room. It is highlighted with a lovely and comfy king-size bed complemented with high quality white sheets, thick duvet, and fluffy pillows. All guest rooms are furnished with the new eco-designed "LIVE N DREAM" bedding concept which we loved and definitely gave us a restful night's sleep.

The room feels airy and very comfortable because of its size and the huge windows on two sides which provides guests with a commanding panoramic views of Bangkok. It is uncluttered, well-organized, and only the essentials are inside the room - which I really like! This room is truly stunningly beautiful!

Guests will surely be delighted with the wide array of much-needed room amenities provided for guests' comfort and convenience. It has a 49” Smart Television set with premium cable channels, a spacious en suite toilet and bath, a work desk, a connectivity panel, a small living area, cabinets, luggage rack, safety deposit box, telephone, and a mini bar with refrigerator, complimentary bottled water and coffee and tea making equipment.

The toilet and bath is also spacious, clean and well-lit. It is nicely laid out with separate toilet and shower areas. It features hot and cold shower with excellent water pressure, clean water closet with bidet spray, and a sink with mirror. High-quality toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, bath gel, bath soap, body lotion, vanity and dental care kits were provided for guests' comfort and convenience. Soft and fresh hand and body towels, as well as hair dryer were also provided. Everything we need are here! I couldn't ask for more!

The staff are all nice, pleasant, and always ready to assist us with all our needs. The breakfast buffet served at their in-house restaurant called Food Exchange is superb! It has a wide variety of international dishes that will surely satisfy every guest's cravings. The restaurant features comfortable, relaxing and spacious atmosphere showcasing several food stations perfect to start your day.

Located at the topmost floor of the hotel is Red Square Rooftop Bar which is "the first and only rooftop Vodka Bar in Bangkok." It provides an overlooking city views and features a panoramic swimming pool. Aside from the amazing views, the bar also offers a range of exotic cocktails and delicious local dishes that every guest will surely enjoy. This is a good place to spend sunsets, grab some drinks, and enjoy good music to end the day after exploring Bangkok.

Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4's rooftop swimming pool is definitely one of our favorite spots at the hotel. This is where we spent most of our time just hanging around, lounging on the comfy chairs, and enjoying a good swim. The overlooking view of Bangkok that it provides certainly makes it lovelier and amazingly beautiful. An afternoon swim at the pool while enjoying some drinks and the stunning view of the city's towering skyscrapers is definitely one of the highlights of our stay at Novotel Bangkok Sukhumvit 4. We truly enjoyed our time here!

The hotel's awesome vibe, quality guest rooms, and top-notch customer service and hotel facilities are highly commendable.
