HOTEL REVIEW: KL Tower Serviced Residences in Makati City

KL Tower Serviced Residences is a trendy serviced residence conveniently located in Legaspi Village, Makati. It is just a few steps away from the bustling Greenbelt commercial center providing an ideal place for business, leisure and recreation. They cater to frequent individual travelers, corporate guests and local residents needing a nice place to stay in Makati. Being at the heart of Makati Central Business District; Greenbelt mall, restaurants, supermarkets, convenience stores and an array of gastronomic choices are just around the corner.

KL Tower Serviced Residences is a member of Hospitality Innovators Inc. (HII) group, one of the leading hotel and property management companies in the Philippines. They also manage The Sphere Serviced Residences, Azumi Boutique Hotel, The Harvest Hotel, Crosswinds Resort Suites, The Picasso Boutique Serviced Residences, The Exchange Regency Ortigas, Y2 Residence Hotel, and other hip and trendy hotels and residential condominium properties located in Metro Manila and other parts of the country.

Through the invitation of HII, we stayed for 2-nights at KL Tower Serviced Residences (Check rates online) last month and we truly had an awesome stay. Upon arrival at the lovely hotel lobby, we were graciously welcomed by the hotel staff and assisted us with our booking. Checking-in was fast and efficient. It only took about 5 minutes and we were ushered to our room. The exceptionally warm and friendly service given to us by their staff is truly commendable.

One-Bedroom Loft

The unit we had is very spacious One-Bedroom Loft (Check rates online) with high ceiling and a floor area of 65 square meters. I like the trendy and chic interiors of the unit which exudes a very homey and vibrant feel. It's clean; everything were organized, well-kept and smells fresh.

The unit has all the amenities and facilities with all the modern comforts of home. It has fully-furnished living and dining area, a kitchen, a powder room, toilet and bath, one bedroom, a working area and a balcony that opens up to Makati's amazing skyline.

The lovely living room has a sofa, a center table, telephone, an air-conditioning unit and a huge television set with cable channels.

The kitchen and dining area is also complete with a refrigerator, a microwave oven, coffee and tea making equipment, a stove with exhaust as well as utensils and cooking equipment. A mini bar filled with drinks, complimentary bottled water and coffee were also provided.

The bedroom is located at the loft. It is also equipped with all the much needed amenities for a comfortable stay. It has one queen-sized bed coupled with clean white sheet, fluffy pillows and hotel-quality comforter.

There's also an air-conditioning unit, television set with cable channels, a cabinet, safety deposit box, a nice work desk, mirror, and an en suite toilet and bath with hot and cold shower facilities.

The toilet and bathrooms are spacious and well-kept. It is also complete with toiletries such as shampoo, conditioner, hand soap, bath gel, lotion, bath soap and vanity & dental care kits. Clean and soft hand and bath towels were also provided.

WIFI Internet Connection

Every booking comes with free internet use. I really love it! It's ultra-fast and stable anywhere inside the unit.

Daily Breakfast

Located at the ground floor is Cartel which offers great-tasting food. Complimentary breakfast is served at the restaurant. Their breakfast set meal are really good! And there's also a mini buffet of breads, juices, salad, and pastries. Cartel is open from to 6:30 AM to 11:00 PM.

Other Facilities and Amenities

An exciting array of amenities await every guest at KL Tower Serviced Residences. Located at the 7th floor is the fitness gym that is free to use for guests, a function room, kid's play area, The KL Yard, sauna and the lovely swimming pool. Secured parking space is also available for checked-in guests. With all these superb amenities, guests will truly have an awesome stay at KL Tower Serviced Residences!
