Staycations really excite me. Being busy with traveling and some freelancing works, enjoying a staycation is an awesome way to have a break and unwind from my busy schedule. Going on a staycation is also like going on a holiday if you don’t have the time, money and energy to travel far. If you've been following my blog, you'll know that I love staying at serviced residences, because it gives the comforts of home as well the luxury of staying in a hotel.

Century City in Makati is a great choice for travelers interested in nightlife, shopping and entertainment. Just recently, we went on a staycation in one of the finest condominiums in Century City, Makati. The Milano Residences by Siglo Suites is located at the heart of Makati boasting iconic views of the city where one could experience the fun of living in the heart of the city, and enjoy the thrill of exciting Makati nightlife – full of dazzling lights.

The Milano Residences' location is great, with wide array of bars and restaurants around the area and within walking distance. It is also accessible and will take you less than 10 minutes taxi ride to the prominent Glorietta and Greenbelt Malls or just a short walk to Century City Mall. Being near the city's shopping and entertainment establishments, food chains, supermarket, and other commercial and entertainment establishments are just also few meters away. This makes it an ideal place to stay for business and leisure travelers visiting Makati City.

Amenities and Facilities

The Milano Residences by Siglo Suites' unit is meant to be enjoyed! The unit features a bedroom, a fully equipped kitchenette, refrigerator, microwave oven, dining area with dining utensils, high-speed Wi-Fi internet connection, television set with cable channels, telephone, cabinet, safety deposit box, iron and ironing board, and a balcony.

The bedroom is compact and equipped with all the much needed amenities for a comfortable and relaxing stay. It has a comfy double size bed with clean white sheets, comforter and fluffy pillows.

The toilet and bath is quite spacious, nice, clean and well-maintained. Basic toiletries such as bath soap, shampoo, conditioner, and dental care kits were provided. Clean towels and hair dryer were also provided for guests’ comfort. I loved it!

Housekeeping is also provided with the rent of the unit, and you are allowed to suggest your desired time of their visit for your convenience. The daily housekeeping service includes cleaning of the unit, vacuuming, dusting, dishes, towel exchange, and replenishing the complimentary bottled water.

Our favorite part of the unit is the balcony which provides amazing views of the city. From the balcony, you can also see the Manila Bay and its world-famous sunset. Don't miss it when staying at The Milano Residences.

Guests can also enjoy the property’s other amenities such as the lovely indoor swimming pool, sauna and fitness gym. There are also lounges and day beds scattered around the area which is a great place to relax or to read a book while enjoying the swimming pool.
