Tea Brothers
Location: 628 Ongpin St. Binondo Manila (Beside Eng Bee Tin)
Must-try: Ube Latte Milk Tea
Budget: 75 Pesos per person
Nowadays, there are so many milk tea shops. But what sets Tea Brothers apart from the rest is their Ube Latte Milk Tea which is so yummy. Milk tea lover will love it! Definitely, a must-try drink when in Binondo!
New Po Heng Lumpia House
Location: 627 Carvajal St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 07:00 am to 09:00 pm, daily
Must-try: Chinese-style Fresh Lumpia
Budget: 70 Pesos per person
Located along Carvajal Street, New Po Heng Lumpia House is a small family-run canteen that is popular among locals. New Po Heng’s specialty and a must-try is their Chinese-style fresh lumpia or spring roll. Pour it with their special mix of sweet and spicy sauce which surely brings out the best of the lumpia's flavor.
Wai Ying Fast Food
Location: 810-816 Buenavista St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 07:00 am to 02:00 am, daily
Must-try: Siomai, Dumplings, Buchi
Budget: 150-200 Pesos per person
This restaurant is popular for their scrumptious dimsum treats. We tried their Siomai, Hakaw, and Buchi. Just one serving of each and it’s very filling. The best thing with dining at Wai Ying is that it will not hurt your budget. A 4-piece Siomai is only 90 pesos, Hakaw is 80 pesos, and Buchi is around 70 pesos. Servings are big and good for sharing. Wai Ying Fast Food is located along Benavidez St., Binondo, Manila.
Dong Bei Dumplings
Location: 642 Yuchengco St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 09:00 am to 09:00 pm, daily
Must-try: Pork Dumplings
Budget: 100-150 Pesos per person
This unassuming small restaurant tucked along Yuchengco Street, offers freshly-made and cooked dumplings. They offer different types of Chinese-style dumplings at affordable prices. We got to try their Pork Dumplings and it is so good! We ordered, and they cooked it. That's how freshly-cooked it is. And it's best eaten while hot!
Aside from dumplings, they also offer noodles, chicken and vegetable dishes. You can also buy frozen dumplings that you can take home with you.
Sincerity Restaurant and Café
Location: 497 Yuchengco St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 09:00 am to 09:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) and 09:00 am to 02:00 pm (Sunday)
Must-try: Fried Chicken and Lumpiang Shanghai
Budget: 150-200 Pesos per person
Sincerity Restaurant serves up delicious Chinese favorites that are worth the journey! This decades-old restaurant and café is a must-visit when in Binondo. It is home of the famous Sincerity Fried Chicken which really tastes good even without any dip or sauce. Also a must-try at Sincerity Restaurant are their Lumpiang Shanghai, Pancit, and other Chinese dishes.
Shanghai Fried Siopao
Location: Ongpin St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 06:00 am to 07:00 pm, daily
Must-try: Fried Siopao
Budget: 50 Pesos per person
Different from the usual asado and bola bola siopao that we know, Shanghai Fried Siopao is steamed first and then lightly pan fried which gives it a crisp and slightly burnt texture. The siopao is generously filled with minced meat and a few chopped spring onions. Yummmmm! You can find this hole-in-the-wall store along Ongpin Street, Binondo Manila.
Ying Ying Tea House
Location: 233-235 Dasmarinas St. corner Yuchengo St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 07:00 am to 02:00 am, daily
Must-try: Roast Duck, Pork Asado, Siomai and Hakaw
Budget: 250 Pesos per person
Located along Dasmariñas St, corner Yuchengo St.Binondo, Manila, Ying Ying Tea House is one of our favorite restaurants in Binondo. That is why, whenever we visit Binondo, we always dine here. We had the Ying Ying Mixed Plate which comes with 1 cup of rice, Roast Duck, Pork Asado, White Chicken, Lechon Macau and Salted Egg. We also had Pork Asado with rice and some servings of fried and steamed dumplings. Also a must-try are their Siomai and Hakaw. Yummy!
Lan Zhou La Mien
Location: 818 Buenavidez St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 08:00 am to 09:00 pm (Monday to Saturday) and 09:00 am to 08:30 pm (Sunday)
Must-try: Beef La Mien
Budget: 150-200 Pesos per person
Located along Buenavidez Street (beside Wai Ying), Lan Zhou La Mien is a restaurant serving delicious hand-pulled noodle soups. Must-try is their Beef La Mien which is so good and very filling. Best of all, every serving is huge and ideal for sharing.
Café Mezzanine
Location: 650 Ongpin St. Binondo Manila
Opening Hours: 06:00 am to 10:00 pm, daily
Must-try: Beef La Mien
Budget: 150-200 Pesos per person
Also known as "The Fireman's Coffee Shop," Cafe Mezzanine is the best place to have dessert. Must-try and my favorite is their Lava Pao which is a dessert bun filled with salted egg and custard. It's an awesome combination of sweet and salty taste - definitely a must-try when dining at Cafe Mezzanine. You can find them along Ongpin St, Binondo, Manila near Binondo Church.

Binondo Food Crawl Tips and Reminders
- Food trip in Binondo is best experienced if you share it with a partner, your family, or group of friends. This way, you can split or share the cost and try as many dishes as you want.
- If you're bringing a car, you can park it around Binondo Church or at Lucky Chinatown Mall and start your food trip from there.
- Plan your itinerary. List the places you want to visit and use google map to navigate the streets of Binondo and to find the restaurants listed above.
- If you wish to stay for a night in Binondo, there are a few hotels in Binondo to choose from. I highly recommend Ramada by Wyndham Manila Central and Red Planet Hotel Manila Binondo. I've tried both and they both have very nice location near the restaurants.
- Since there are only a few hotels in Binondo, be sure to book in advance online - especially during Chinese New Year when these hotels are mostly fully booked.
- Binondo is generally safe. But always be careful and mindful of your belongings when walking around its busy streets.
