Many have been asking me "how to rebook or refund their flight bookings with Cebu Pacific Air?" In this blog, I will help you with your concerns.
In an advisory issued by Cebu Pacific Air, they announced that ALL Cebu Pacific DOMESTIC flights to and from Metro Manila from March 15 to April 14, 2020 are CANCELLED. The cancellation of flights is in relation to the Philippine Government's directive for a community quarantine (lockdown) of Metro Manila or the National Capital Region (NCR) to avoid the spread of the Novel Corona Virus Disease (COVID-19).
Affected passengers on cancelled flights can choose from any of these options:
- Rebook the flight, with change fees and fare difference waived.
- Store the full value of the ticket in a Travel Fund. This is valid for 180 days and can be used to book or pay for future Cebu Pacific flight bookings within the next 12 months. Here are the steps on how to request for Travel Fund.
- STEP 1: Go to the "Manage Booking" portal at bit.ly/CEBmanageflight
- STEP 2: Fill out the Booking Reference Number and passenger's surname OR log in to GetGo.
- STEP 3: Choose "Cancel Flight," and confirm preference. Your travel fund is now in your account.
- Get a full refund. Here are the steps on how to request for a Full Refund.
- STEP 1: Go to the "Manage Booking" portal at Cebu Pacific Air's website bit.ly/CEBmanageflight
- STEP 2: Fill out the Booking Reference Number and passenger's surname OR log in to GetGo if you have a GetGo account.
- STEP 3: Find the flight you want to get a refund. The click the "MANAGE" button next to it.
- STEP 4:Click "REQUEST REFUND / CHECK REFUND STATUS" on the next page.
- STEP 5:Select the the passengers you want a refund to be applied.
- STEP 6:Confirm your REFUND REQUEST.
- NOTES: Refund will be made in the original form form of payment (credit card, cash in ticket office, etc.). For credit cards, it may take up to two billing cycles.
Here are the steps on how to request for Travel Fund with Cebu Pacific Air
Affected passengers on ALL Cebu Pacific flights until April 30, 2020 who wish to rebook or cancel their flights have the following options:
- Free Rebooking - Change fee is waived. Fare difference may apply.
- Travel Fund - Put the full cost of the ticket in a Travel Fund. The Travel Fund can be redeemed within 180 days and can be used for bookings as far as 12 months out.
To do a refund, rebooking or manage your bookings, simply go to bit.ly/CEBmanageflight.
Here are the steps on how to rebook your flights with Cebu Pacific Air
FOR NON-GETGO MEMBERS:
- STEP 1: Go to and choose rebook option.
- STEP 2: Retrieve your booking by entering your booking reference number and the last name of any of the passengers.
- STEP 3: Choose “Change Flight”, then choose your preferred new date or flight schedule. A minimal fare difference may apply.
FOR GETGO MEMBERS:
- STEP 1: Log in to your account.
- STEP 2: Search for the specific flight under “My Bookings” then click the “Manage” button.
- STEP 3: Choose “Change Flight”, the choose your preferred new date or flight schedule. A minimal fare difference may apply.
Passengers who book flights until April 30, 2020 (regardless of travel date and route) will get to avail of CEB Flexi for free. CEB Flexi allows passengers to rebook their flights up to two times. Simply select the “CEB Flexi” add-on during booking.

continuation: bumili na po ako ng bagong flight schedule ko cebupac pa rin gusto ko lang ng refund sa cancelled ticket ko kasi lahat ng cebupac outlet/branches sa cebu ay closed po tumawag din ako sa landline wala pa ring sagot kaya bumili ulit ako ng panibagong ticket dahil walang reply sa rebooking sched na ginawa ko online at sa tawag ko sa landline thanks po

Tumawag ako sa hotline nakausap ko isa don sabi after 1 year pa daw so 1 year na..try ko ulit tawag wala nang sumsagot gusto yata ipa tulfo to ay...hirap kmi dahil sa pandemic pupuntahan ko sa main office to pag d maaprobahan humanda cla..cebu pacific lng yumayaman.
