Among the top tourist spots and destinations in Palawan, Coron is my most favorite. This amazing tourist town is one of the four municipalities that make up the Calamianes or Calamian Group of Islands in the northern part of the Palawan Province. Coron, being the largest town on Busuanga Island and probably the most developed, it is where most tourists and travelers stay. It offers a lot of amazing things to do, breathtaking lakes and lagoons, idyllic white sand beaches, saltwater hot springs, a number of lovely hotels and resorts, and so much more.
I've been to Coron twice, and I still want to visit it again soon. In this Coron Travel Guide Blog I will share to you useful information on how to make the most of your time in Coron with some detailed and easy-to-follow Coron itineraries. I will also share to you some travel tips and where to book your tours to make it easier for you to explore this majestic group of islands in my beloved country, the Philippines.

3D/2N: Sample Coron Itinerary (3 Days and 2 Nights)
If you have limited time (let's say a weekend or long weekend) a 3 days and 2 nights Coron Itinerary is feasible. You can do a Coron Town half day tour on your first day, then an Ultimate Coron Island Hopping and Fireflies Tours on your second day, and last minute souvenir and pasalubong shopping before your departure on your third day. Make sure to schedule your flight in the morning on your first day to have enough time to explore the town in the afternoon after your arrival.

For first-timers in Coron, I highly recommend a 4 days and 3 nights Coron itinerary to fully enjoy most of the top tourist spots, activities, and things to do in Coron. For me, this is the most ideal itinerary because you can do island hopping, explore the town, and even visit Calauit Safari. Feel free to adjust this itinerary depending on the activities you want to do and on your flight arrival and departure times.

If you have 5 days and 4 nights to spend in Coron, I highly suggest that you spend three days of island hopping adventure by availing Coron Tour A, Tour B and Calauit Safari and Black Sand Island Tour. Instead of just two days of island hopping in the itineraries above, a 3-days island hopping adventure will let you visit the lakes, lagoons, and beaches in a much slower pace. Again, schedule your flight going to Coron in the morning of your first day to have ample time to explore in the afternoon.

If you love historical places and waterfalls, you may go on a Calauit Safari Tour with Busuanga Town Tour which will let you visit some of the historic and natural attractions in the town of Busuanga.
