The Metro Manila Film Festival (MMFF) has always been part of the Filipino Christmas season every year. Organized by Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA), this annual film festival started way back in 1975. During the festival, no foreign films were shown at the movie houses - nationwide.
As a support to our local film industry, I always make sure to watch the film entries of the MMFF every year. Although I cannot watch all of them, I try to watch as many as possible. I even post "reviews" of the films I've watched on my Facebook account to encourage my friends to also watch the MMFF movies.
Unfortunately, because of the pandemic, it will be quite different this year. The MMFF 2020 will be held online for the very first time. It will run from December 25, 2020 until January 8, 2021. The good news is - as part of the festival's official run, the MMFF entries will be available to everyone even to those outside the Philippines.

DeleteHindi ko sure kung pwede sa smart TV, kung may browser siguro yung smart TV, pwede siya. I think via the browser siya mapapanuod sa UPstream. Enjoy po! :)
pwede yan sa smart tv (from cellphone to smart tv or pc to smarttv). hanapin lang yung wireless connection sa setting ng cp, then screencast...
ReplyDeleteCan the movie be downloaded before watching (just like on Netflix)? I find it more convenient watching movies offline than streaming the movie online as my internet connection is quite unstable.
