The answer is yes! Last Thursday, President Rodrigo Duterte declared July 20, 2021 (Tuesday) as a regular holiday nationwide in observance of Eid'l Adha or the Feast of Sacrifice. According to Proclamation No. 1189 which was signed by Pres. Duterte, this holiday shall give our muslim borthers and sisters the time to observe Eid'l Adha, "subject to existing community quarantine and social distancing measures."
