How to Purchase CEB Super Pass?
Purchasing the CEB Super Pass can be done in just four easy steps:
- Go to CEB SUPER PASS PAGE.
- Enter the quantity or number of passes you want. You can purchase up to 10 passes per transaction.
- Click/Tap "Buy Now".
- Enter passenger names.
- Pay for the passes. Payment may be settled via existing Travel Funds, or other online payment options such as credit cards.
How to Redeem CEB Super Pass?
Booking the CEB Super Pass can be done via the "Redeem CEB Super Pass" tab on the Cebu Pacific website as early as thirty (30) days before the flight’s departure or until seven (7) days before intended flight date, as long as seats are still available. Here are the step-by-step process on how to book a ticket or redeem your Cebu Super Pass.
- STEP 1: Visit the CEB SUPER PASS PAGE.
- STEP 2: Click/Tap the Redeem CEB Super Pass tab and enter the booking reference provided during the purchase of the CEB Super Pass and then enter the surname of any passenger included in the booking reference.
- STEP 3: All purchased CEB Super Pass vouchers will be displayed. Tick the Round-Trip checkbox if you are booking a round-trip journey. Click the voucher/s you will use for redemption. Please note that if you're redeeming for a round-trip journey, it requires two (2) CEB Super Pass vouchers. Multiple guests traveling together may be booked at the same time by selecting their respective vouchers.
- STEP 4: On the Search Flight page, search and select your desired flight based on the available list of flights.
- STEP 5: Enter necessary passenger details on the Guest Information Page.
- STEP 6: Add-ons are available if you wish to purchase, subject to additional fees and charges.
- STEP 7: Pay for the remaining amount due, such as terminal fees and fuel surcharge. You could pay using your available travel fund or via credit card, Alipay, or PayPal.
- STEP 8: Once payment is successful, you will be redirected to a confirmation page where you will be given a new booking reference number for your selected destination and travel date.

Hi, I am not sure as to what is the advantage of the voucher. I purchased one and I do not see any difference with flight availability or price. Can you clarify on this?

DeleteSame here! I booked last October 12, 2021. I chose one of my vouchers' and unfortunately, it doesn't affect my total bill. It turns to be just the same as buying a regular ticket. No choice I need to pay for the ticket amounted to Php3,867.92. Hahaha
Deletesame here po, but only for my Boracay to Manila flight. I was able to book from Manila to Roxas City and paid only for additional charges, the flight itself was free. does this mean we cannot use the voucher from Boracay?
Deletei have been trying to ask cebu pac about their superpass redemption. it seems you are still paying for a regular ticket. no one can provide an answer. agent chat was too short and automatically disconnects without a satisfactory answer. very poor customer service. The agent said to choose flights with superpass fare indicated or if none, choose other flights. However there is no such choice in their page. WTH?
ReplyDeleteHello. I was able to book using my CEB Super Pass. Regular ticket fare was 3k+. I only paid 300+ for admin fees and other charges. You need to click other dates if you cannot see "CEB Super Pass" as the price. If you only see regular ticket prices, it simply means there are no available seats for the super pass on the dates you are looking at. So you need to adjust your travel dates.
DeleteHow to redeem CEB PASS for June 2023? The date is until May 13, 2023 only for bookings. I can't book my CEB PASS :(
