What is Theoretical Driving Course? How to get free TDC?
To get a driver's license from Land Transportation Office (LTO), you must first get a Student Permit. According to Memorandum Circular 2019-2176 released by the LTO, to get a Student Driver's Permit, you must first enroll and attend a 15-hour Theoretical Driving Course (TDC) as one of the requirements. You can get the TDC at any LTO-accredited driving school, or you may also get it for free at the many LTO Education Centers nationwide.
In taking the Theoretical Driving Course, you need to attend the 15-hour seminar or classroom session which you could take online or via face-to-face classroom session. After taking the TDC, you just need to take and pass the TDC exam before you will be issued a TDC Certificate which is one of the requirements to apply and get a Student Driver's Permit.

Hello I just want to know how to secure a seat in TDC? Should I email them? What are the usual date for taking TDC and is it for free in any LTO drivers education center? Thank you so much!
ReplyDeleteBakit iisa ang lto education center SA Region 4A? Bakit wala SA Batangas? May connivance yata SA private driving schools.
ReplyDeleteim thinking the same. why isa lang dito sa region4A, eh and dami daming driving pa work to manila. halatang halata mga alliance sa driving schools and Lto
DeleteLike here in Batangas, kapag nag inquire sa LTO office about sa free TDC dun ka I refer sa Aluminos, Laguna Ng free TDC. Magkano Ang maging pamasahe papunta soon. Not reasonable
ReplyDeleteOne thing pa kelangan Ng practical driving lesson Bago makakuha Ng license.

March 2 ako nagcheck, ubos na kaagad slot for the month of March.
