How to Delete your SHOPEE Account?

How to delete your Shopee account? Here's how!

Before you uninstall your Shopee app, it might be better to delete your account first. Then if you're already decided to delete your Shopee account, you may request for account deletion via the Shopee App. Below is the step-by-step guide on how to delete your Shopee account.

HOW TO DELETE SHOPEE APP?

1. Open your Shopee App, then tap the Me tab.

2. Select the ⚙ icon on the upper right corner of the screen.

3. Scroll up and tap Request Account Deletion. Then tap OK.

4. Read the important reminders, then tap Proceed.

5. Enter Verification Code sent to you via SMS on the mobile number you used to register your Shopee account. Then tap Next.

6. Select Reason for account deletion.

7. Enter Email Address.

8. Check the Terms & Conditions checkbox. Then tap Submit.

NOTES:

• Account deletion is permanent and irreversible. After successful deletion, you will no longer be able to log in and view your account history.
• Account deletion requests are subject to approval.
• Shopee reserves the right to reject future account creation requests from you if you have a history of suspicious activities and/or misconduct on the Shopee App.
