TOZO OpenEgo: True Wireless Open Ear Headphone Review

TOZO is a world-renowned electronics technology brand with products sold to more than 100 countries around the world. Many of their products rank first in Amazon sales. TOZO'S Bluetooth earbuds series has become the second most popular product after Apple headphones, with more than 18million users.

Recently, we got to review one of their wireless headphones - the TOZO OpenEgo. It is a true wireless open ear headphone ideal for traveling or for people who are always on the go.

The TOZO OpenEgo has an in-ear free design that is comfortable to wear even for extended use. What I like about this design is that you can always hear and sense the sound of your environment so you would be aware of your surroundings and stay safe. Wether you're running, biking or driving, you can still hear your surroundings or interact with people without taking one of the earbuds off or pausing the music you are listening to.

This pair of earbuds don't have to go inside your ear canal, making it very comfortable to use and sit greatly over your ears. I love its ear loop design which keeps it in place even when doing intense workouts and outdoor activities. It is also PX5 sweat-resistant, so you don't have to worry even if you use it and sweat while running, lifting weights at the gym, or when doing your day-to-day activities.

The TOZO OpenEgo features 16.2 mm diameter drivers which provide high-fidelity audio, with about 30% larger motor coil than conventional type, delivering translucent highs and immersive lows. Equipped with dynamic low-frequency enhancement, OpenEgo delivers awesome audio quality. You could also enhance and tailor your audio experience by using the TOZO App. With 16 preset EQ settings and a variety of white noise options, you can create the perfect audio environment for any moment using the OpenEgo earbuds with the app.

Same with other TOZO earbuds and headphones that I've used before, the TOZO OpenEgo also comes with touch controls. Each of the earbud supports different touch control gestures such as tap and hold to adjust the volume, double tap for next/previous track, single tap for play/pause, triple tap to activate voice assistant, and many more. There are also on-ear touch controls for on/off and for answering a phone call.

Packed with 600 Mah charging case, it provides additional battery life of up to 25 to 30 hours depending on your usage. I love that it has a digital power display which conveniently displays the remaining battery life of the charging case and each of headphone. This is a great feature so you would know when it's time to charge them. In terms of charging, it takes around 2 hours to fully charge the case and about 1.5 hours to fully charge the headphones.

The TOZO OpenEgo is definitely an ideal wireless headphone for those who live an active lifestyle. It's perfect for enjoying your favorite music while running or walking, yet you can hear your surroundings and stay safe.
